	Staff Physician at Inglis House, a Wheelchair Community in Philadelphia from 1992 to 2000

Dr Magner now integrates the best of eastern and western healing practices through the use of acupuncture when he believes it will help. Dr Magner always begins by taking a thorough history of each patient and evaluating the possibilities for success if treatment with acupuncture is indicated.
